She also stressed over the fact that while working in with her team members she always encourages improvement and innovation. She said that, It is the role of a leader to encourage innovative approach among the team mates and this helps to increase the participation among the team members while increasing the increase in the flow of the effective information and thereby helping to increase the overall health outcomes. As per my understanding, the main clinical leadership model practise by nurse (1) is improvement of the overa ll service delivery via encouraging effective participation of the team members and effective flow of the information. According to Weng et al. (2015), it is the duty of the leader to promote learning and developmental opportunities via creating and promoting opportunities for colleagues. This will in turn help to generate open debatable ideas and there encouraging change, and improvement in practise. Moreover, an efficient clinical leader must systematically appraise the evolving practise via acknowledging the team members who have given effective contribution towards framing of that practise. This in turn will help to earn respect from the team members as taking all the credit may demotivate or generate unrest among the subordinate team members. Nurse (2) also opined that towards the improvement of the quality of care, she trains and subordinates locally and engages them under local networks to practice and publicise good practise thus improving effective treatment. As per opinion her clinical leadership model as an influence of the transformational leadership in nursing profession. According to Weng et al. (2015) the role of the transformational leadership is to foster nursing innovation via improvement in the organizational climate. Her aspect of the leadership model facilitated transformation and thus further providing the reference of transformational leadership model in her clinical leadership framework. However, she did not highlight the strategies that she undertakes in order to review patient satisfaction. According to Martin et al. (2012) under the domain of clinical leadership, it is the role of the leader to consult with the senior colleagues to review the patient satisfaction in order to develop strategies for implementing and thereby managing innovative solutions within the organizations. Nurse (2) opined she apply her clinical leadership skills towards managing the service in an effective manner. Via managing the service, she opined that she manages her people, available resources along with the management of the performance. This is because as per the findings of the NHS (2011), it is the duty of the member of the management team towards contributing development of the business and this development of business in healthcare is achieved via initiating along with proper collaboration and ola ning of service improvement projects. Response to third question In response to third question both nurse (1) and nurse (2) said that their leadership approach towards under the ethics of the clinical leadership model framework helps in comprehensive management of the recourses and thereby helping to manage the performance. They also said that the proper management of the performance is done via critical evaluation of the service procured and this helped them to bring further improvement and innovation into the overall system. I think, what they have opined is indeed significant towards bringing a crucial practice change in the health care system but according to Gantz et al. (2012), further setting of goals and pushing members of the team towards more improved outcomes along with helping them to work in unison in a confident and compose manner will help to critically manage the crisis situation. Moreover, I also feel that they must also not preach leadership via force and must practice leadership via inspiring without intimidations as this will i ncrease the sense of participation and satisfaction. Thus from the above discussion it can be concluded that the practise of clinical leadership helps to impose proper practise change in the healthcare organisations and thereby helping to improve the quality of care among the patients and the family of carers. Parents create drug-free environment if they act as role models by not engaging in drug abuse. It will be very hard to convince a young person to refrain from drugs if you abuse drugs. In the case of Ben, his parents need to embrace a systematic psychology therapy to make him avoid being involved in drug abuse by acting as role models to him. Central to the cognitive view of people is the idea that they are actively trying to make sense of their environment by imposing order and meaning in the things they encounter. Cognitive explanations of the behaviour are found within the ways in which Ben organise and process information that is relevant to the particular methods of acting. In the case study, we could only recognise the fate of Ben by engaging in efforts to study the causes of what make him behave in a differently way. Controversy The Second Amendment holds the distinction of being the only amendment to the Bill of Rights that essentially goes unenforced. The U.S. Supreme Court has never struck down any piece of legislation on Second Amendment grounds, in part because justices have disagreed on whether the amendment is intended to protect the right to bear arms as an individual right, or as a component of the well-regulated militia. Erving Goffman has completed a wonderful presentation of human behaviour and face-to-face interactions, of a first meeting between two people, who may or may not have an audience. The use of a theatrical performance to explain the interaction was indeed an ingenious idea that kept me intrigued until the very end. This book was written in 1959 but its referencing to human behaviour is still very much relevant to today’s life style. Human behaviour patterns have been written about by many individuals over the years, why we do the things we do or how long we have been undertaking these behaviours. Is there any relevance to the patterns in our behaviour? It would seem there definitely appears to be. As a society, to influence how another person perceives who we are. We give appearances and refinements of someone we want people to see, yet not particularly who we truly are. Goffman describes this as a performance, a play that we put on to give a good first impression. This play could become a nightmare, if we do not keep it under control. It can be difficult to play the part of someone you are not, for the reason that it can rebound on you. It is better to persist with who you are, and not reveal all of yourself in the beginning, like a good story. To present who we are, we should start at the foundation, begin with presenting an opening act. This act should be near to true life, the person you would like to be known as. Currently a person of importance gives the impression that they know what they are doing, example your doctor. If they were a person who, on first meeting gave the impression that they were unsure, confused and unconfident, would you go back to them? No, perhaps not. Even when they are having a bad day your doctor will always appear to be in control, so that we feel more at ease. When we first meet new people we try to acquire information about them, it is then how the person delivers this information, that we base our assumptions. People give information verbally and non-verbally by expressions, movements, gestures and other presumably unintentional communications, like a slight smile. Our brain takes all this information into consideration then makes a personal judgment based on the material it collects. There is so much information for us to collect and make our decision on, that we sometimes need a second meeting to be able to make a correct judgement on a particular person we have meet. Goffman concludes that his own assumptions are made upon a face-to-face interaction and the result of an encounter, the performance that is given to each particular participant and their performance as a basic point of reference.
